I am an athlete at heart.  So every two years when the Olympics start I feel like a kid at Christmas.   I am inspired by the athletes and their stories of sacrifice, triumph and defeat on their road to the Olympics.  I will surely be moved to tears on more than one occasion over the next two weeks.  To be so fully committed to the pursuit of excellence is admirable.  Just think what we could accomplish if we all truly committed to our goals like these athletes do.\n\nIn the end, of the thousands of athletes participating in the Olympics only a small percentage will win the gold, but they will all carry that experience with them forever.  Priceless.\n\nI wish I were in London.  But that’s OK I am going to start planning my trip to Rio in 2016.  Really.
